Liam Kildare

Liam’s focus is on criminal law and since joining BCKM in 2014 he has become highly experienced in this field. He represents clients all across Scotland at each stage of the criminal prosecution, from police interviews to jury trials. He has experience in a wide variety of cases and has an excellent knowledge of the law. He is well-liked by our clients and has a meticulous approach to every case he handles.

Liam also assists in the preparation of High Court cases and has experience in parole tribunals.
